Hello, I’m Nicole White, President, CEO & Chief Caregiving Officer of A & N Healing Hearts Inc. My journey into healthcare began with a deep love for physical therapy, which later grew into a passion for nursing. I come from a family of heart and purpose—my biggest inspiration being my mother, who worked as a secretary on the pediatric floor at Cook County Hospital. She was a natural problem solver and a calming presence, and she showed me early on what compassionate care truly means.
After more than 15 years working as a physical therapy assistant, I witnessed a critical gap between hospitalization and long-term geriatric wellness. That realization led me to nursing, where I could better understand and support the whole person behind each patient. Working across hospitals, rehab centers, and in-home care, I saw the revolving door so many families face when trying to secure trustworthy, consistent, and life-enhancing care.
That’s why I founded A & N Healing Hearts—named after my mother and me. It’s a reflection of her legacy and my commitment to deliver personalized, competent, and compassionate care for older adults. My vision is to see our geriatric wellness and caregiving model adopted as the standard in home and community-based care.

Our Agency has four departments
Our team of skilled professionals is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care.
Caregiving
Services are provided by home health aides, life enhancement caregivers, companions, and concierge caregivers. Our caregiving services are provided in private homes, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities and even nursing homes. Sometimes we are needed to provide extra care inside of these facilities.
Medical Management, Chronic Illness & Symptom Management
These services are designed to reduce frequent trips to acute care, urgent care centers and rehab facilities. The care programs are designed by our nurses, therapist and geriatric care specialists.
Post Hospital & Post Rehab Care
We understand that 85% of those who go into a rehab facility do not return to their homes. We have a solution, and we help our clients get back on their feet as quickly as humanly possible after a hospital or rehab stay. We have a specialized post rehab and post hospital care program.
Care Management & Care Coordination
These services are provided by geriatric care managers. The goal is to make long distance caregiving easier and more gratifying for the long-distance caregiver or the very busy family caregiver.

Screened through a 7-step process—including fingerprint background checks, 10-panel drug tests, and employment reference checks—each member upholds strict professional standards in every service provided.
our team members maintain the following standards of practice:
- Adhere to Home Care and Resident Bill of Rights
- No visitors (friends/relatives) allowed at client’s home
- Maintain professional grooming and dress code
- No smoking in client’s home or community
- No acceptance of money, gifts, or tips
- No borrowing/lending money or doing banking
- Do not share personal contact information
- No social media connections with clients or families
- Do not provide medical advice
- Keep personal issues away from the client
- Avoid discussions of religion or politics
- No unauthorized client transportation
- Do not consume client’s food
- Remain onsite during scheduled shifts (unless on pre-approved breaks)
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records
- Keep all client information confidential
