When I started this program, I thought I knew what it took to run a business. I was wrong. What Goldman Sachs taught me goes far deeper than spreadsheets and strategy—it’s about leadership, integrity, and the mindset shift from employee to entrepreneur.

Here’s what stuck with me:
Check your numbers obsessively. Understand your financials inside and out, because your numbers don’t lie.|

Invest in your team relentlessly. Your people are everything. Build them up, listen to them, and create a culture where they want to stay.

Solve a real problem. If you’re not solving something genuine for your clients, you’re not building a sustainable business.

Keep your morals and values intact, no matter what. At the end of the day, the business will be there, but your character is forever.

The program also showed me my weaknesses—and that’s priceless. I learned how to build a real financial plan, create a market strategy that actually works, listen better as a leader, and understand what true entrepreneurship really means.

Nothing good comes easy. But when you surround yourself with people who believe in you and continue to build you up, everything becomes possible.

I also learned to think about my exit strategy before I even think about exiting. Planning, research, and execution—that’s the formula.

Goldman Sachs didn’t just give me tools. They gave me clarity, confidence, and a roadmap to scale A & N into the transformative home care company I know it can be.|
